A Unique Formula for your Organisation
Your SmartWater commercial coding system is unique to your business. It can be used to code your premises, office equipment and computers to protect them from external theft. It can also reduce petty theft of smaller, concealable items (such as laptops, other technical devices and even stationery items) from internal pilfering.
SmartWater Commercial Systems are sold on a licence basis with an initial licence period of two years. Thereafter, the licence can be renewed annually and we provide you with a complete new system so that you can ensure new property is appropriately coded. Each licence gives you the sole rights to a unique formula, the right to display the SmartWater trademark on your property and registration on the National Security Register.
Small Commercial

Ideal for protecting computers, office equipment, tools, machinery, in fact virtually anything that's of value to you and your company. It’s ideal for SME businesses and partnerships as well as plumbers, electricians and other mobile businesses. This system is designed to code 150 items around a typical small business or primary school (guideline only).

Medium Commercial

The standard system offers all the protection of the Small Commercial system, with additional solution to protect approximately 4 times the number of items, including computers, plant, tools and mobile phones etc. Ideal for a growing business or organisation, this system is also suitable for a large primary school, average size secondary school, colleges, hospitals and residential care homes.
This system is designed to code 600 items around an organisation (guideline only).

Large Commercial

Our top of the range system offers you the same state of the art forensic property coding system as the smaller systems but has 10 times more solution than the Small Commercial System. This system is ideal for multi-divisional corporations with volume requirements. Many of our corporate clients will allocate one of these systems for each division, providing traceability of their assets across the UK. A large system may also be appropriate for a large secondary school, college, or hospital. This system is designed to code 1500 items around an organisation
(guideline only).
